Dermomine® är en ny behandling från T-Lab som baseras på fibroblaster och PRP från patienten själv.
PRP känner vi väl till sedan länge. Kombinationen med fibroblaster är en nyhet som verkligen visar möjligheterna inom sk. regenerativ medicin.
Metoden är enkel. Du tar vävnad från huden bakom örat ungefär som ett vävnadsprov.
Cellerna processas med sk. Microlyzers som kan liknas vi ett mekaniskt filter för att utvinna fibroblasterna. Dessa blandas sedan med PRP och injiceras på vanligt sätt.

Behandlingen tar ca 45-60 minuter totalt.

How to use?
Grafts are taken from the sterilized and local anesthesia area.
Optionally, it is mixed with Serum Physiological or PRP and passed 51 times
through Microlyzer 600μm .
Fibrotic and unwanted tissues are filtered by passing the Microlyzer once through 150μm

Microlyzer 600 μm
Thanks to the thousands of specially designed blades inside, the tissue pieces removed from the blades and free the cells around the micro. Thus, it maximizes the number of cells and their vitality.
Microlyzer 150 μm
With the released cell suspension, unwanted fibrotic tissues are broken down and become injectable. To prevent this situation and to ensure safe injection, the tissue suspension is passed through Microlyzer 150 μm once and the unwanted tissues are filtered out.
